Steve, Rob and I took the bike path from Anaheim to Huntington Beach. Bike path. Two lanes, with each lane wide enough for us to ride comfortably two abreast. All road crossings were done with bridges, so we rode the path 15 miles to the beach without having to stop. Once we got to the beach, the path continued in either direction. We chose north.
Passed a group of 75 kids in a junior life guard camp. A mile or so later, we passed a group of 50 kids in a beach volleyball camp. Another mile or so later we passed another group of 75 kids in another junior lifeguard camp.
Found us a food stand and had the best breakfast burrito (outside of home) I've ever had. "People" watched for awhile, then took the path home. 35+ miles on the day, and done in the morning.
The boys went to the beach again in the afternoon.
Began packing up for the move to Carson.
