the running joke, especially with two prime snot makers in our household, is that when someone sneezes and rains snot, we say that their brains came out to ask if they need a tissue.
While running errands last night, Reanie sneezed. I asked her if her brains came out. She said, "No (laughing), but my pants came unbuttoned."
